Unless damaged in transit, custom neon signs are not eligible for returns due to their tailored nature and unsuitability for resale. Returns are accepted for pre-designed signs as long as they are unused, in the original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt. If a sign was damaged during shipping please contact support@happywires.com and provide photos and a video showing any damages.
